Read Bio Penny Chong is the HR Director for Microsoft Vancouver with its two downtown facilities focused on development for Xbox, Skype, OneNote, MSN and mixed world computing. Penny started her professional HR career in the resource sector working with Norske Skoog (now Catalyst) before branching into interactive entertainment at Electronic Arts Canada and BigPark Studios. In 2009, BigPark was acquired by Microsoft, and Penny transitioned over and has been leading the company’s Vancouver HR programs for the past eight years.
